Scheduled cron jobs monitor regulatory databases, extract PDF data, process through AI APIs to generate articles and images, route through approval workflow in Airtable, and publish to WordPress. Custom WordPress plugins capture contact submissions and comments back to Airtable. Complete autonomous pipeline from regulatory source to published content.

Built a professional assessment platform for UK financial advisers using ScoreApp, Tape, and custom automation. Features dynamic scoring, conditional workflows, custom algorithm for follow-up paths, and dual PDF report generation (client + adviser reports). Automated delivery via Resend with branded templates.

Built a complete school management system on Tape for a 350-student school in Kerala, India. Manages student records, marks, fees, promotions, bus transport, bus fees, with a management dashboard and automated PDF receipt generation.

Built a complete internal operating system for an immigration law firm using Tape. Handles enquiry intake, case management, immigration form tracking, and payment collection. Custom-built to match the firm's workflow from initial consultation through case completion.

Built a frictionless consultant availability tracking system for a recruitment firm. Replaced low-response email forms with simple two-button emails (yes/no) that update Airtable directly. Three Make.com automations handle email sending (with loop management for Airtable's 100-record limit), availability updates, and scheduled monthly activation. Expiring links and Loops transactional email API ensure security and deliverability.

Built a centralized Airtable case management system for a class action law firm. 10 connected modules covering cases, clients, defendants, judges, documents, calendar, and billing. Bill4Time API integration via Make.com, automated Facebook Ads lead capture, executive dashboard, and PDF reporting for court and client needs.

Fixed a broken Custom GPT and Google Apps Script integration, restored the Google Sheets action, and stabilised the workflow.

Developed a Google Sheet-based license tracker for managing multiple products and clients. Every edit logs the previous version of the row in a separate sheet, highlighting the changed cell for easy tracking. Built using Google Apps Script for automation and history management.

Built a solution to track all inbound and outbound emails from Google Workspace, logging them into Podio with full metadata and threading. Uses ProcFu scripting, Google Apps Script, and webhooks for seamless integration.

Built an automated CV conversion system for a recruitment agency using Airtable, Make.com, and ConvertAPI. Converts candidate CVs into searchable, client-ready formats automatically, saving 3-5 hours weekly and improving client presentation quality.

Built a full CRM to manage inbound pet travel quote requests. Webhook captures form data, sends it to Tape, calculates travel distance and pricing using Google Maps API, and triggers a quote email with a Stripe payment link. SMS notifications via Twilio. A client-facing portal was built using ProcFu.

Solved scheduling conflicts by automating calendar sync between cal.com and Google Calendar using Make.com webhooks. This eliminated double bookings and manual calendar management for my client.
