Ongoing support for live business systems

Support services for the systems your business already relies on.

Your Airtable base, automation, CRM, dashboard or internal workflow might already be live. The problem is keeping it useful when the business changes.

I help small teams fix issues, make careful changes, review automations, clean up workflows, and keep important systems from quietly becoming messy again.

Best for Airtable, InfoLobby, Make/Zapier, Google Sheets, CRM, reporting, forms, and custom workflow systems that need practical care after launch.

"Thaha proactively suggested better tools than I originally specified. That kind of initiative is rare and genuinely valuable."

— Misty Phillips, Cadre Law

Support is not just bug fixing

It is the habit of keeping the system aligned with real work.

Small operational systems fail slowly: a field is added, a status is ignored, an automation breaks, a report stops matching reality, and the team drifts back to spreadsheets.

Fix what is broken
Automation errors, confusing fields, broken formulas, access issues, and reports that no longer make sense.
Change what evolved
New services, team roles, forms, statuses, emails, views, and reporting needs.
Prevent messy rebuilds
Regular review keeps a useful system from turning into another tool the team avoids.
Simple version: support is for keeping a live workflow working, not starting a full rebuild every time something changes.

Use support when the system is useful, but not finished forever.

support fit

Automations need attention

A webhook changed, an API field moved, a Zap/Make scenario started failing, or a notification is going to the wrong place.

support fit

Your workflow changed

The business added a new offer, new team role, new approval step, new reporting requirement, or new way of handling clients.

support fit

People stopped trusting the data

Statuses are unclear, duplicate records appeared, views are noisy, or the numbers in reports no longer match how the team works.

support fit

Small requests keep piling up

None of the changes justify a full project alone, but together they create friction every week.

support fit

You need a second pair of eyes

Before changing a live CRM, Airtable base, workflow, or report, you want someone who understands systems to check the knock-on effects.

support fit

The original builder is gone

You inherited a system and need practical support without rebuilding everything from scratch immediately.

Support options.

Support Check-in

$350/month

For small systems that need occasional care.

  • Monthly system review or support call
  • Up to 3 small fixes or changes per month
  • Basic automation/error check
  • Email or message-based support
  • 48–72 hour target response on weekdays
Good when the system is stable but you want someone available before small issues become annoying.
Most useful

Managed Support

$750/month

For active systems that change most months.

  • Everything in Support Check-in
  • Up to 6 hours of support and improvement work
  • Priority fixes for live workflow issues
  • Monthly workflow health review
  • Small reporting, view, field, form and automation improvements
Best fit for most Airtable, CRM, automation and reporting systems after launch.

Priority Support

$1,500/month

For systems that are important to daily operations.

  • Everything in Managed Support
  • Up to 12 hours of support and improvement work
  • Weekly check-in or async review rhythm
  • Faster priority handling for blocked workflows
  • Proactive cleanup, documentation and improvement recommendations
Useful when the system supports revenue, client delivery, staff coordination, or reporting deadlines.

Bigger changes are scoped separately.

Support is for fixes, maintenance, careful changes, and small improvements. If the system needs a rebuild, new workflow, or a major implementation, I will suggest a focused sprint instead of hiding project work inside a support plan.

How support usually works.

01

Support review

We look at the live system, current pain points, recent changes, and what the team depends on.

02

Triage the list

I separate urgent fixes, small improvements, risky changes, and items that should become a larger project.

03

Make careful changes

Fixes are made with the live workflow in mind, so one change does not quietly break another part of the system.

04

Keep a clean trail

Important changes are documented so the system remains easier to understand next month.

Client feedback, real impact.

Good fit / not a fit.

good fit

Good fit if the system is already part of how work gets done.

You have a live Airtable, InfoLobby, CRM, spreadsheet, automation, form or reporting workflow.
The system is useful, but small issues and changes are accumulating.
You want practical help from someone who understands workflow design, not only tool buttons.
You prefer a steady support rhythm over waiting until everything becomes a rebuild.
not a fit

Not a fit if you need unlimited development on a support budget.

You need a brand-new system designed and built from scratch.
You want unlimited same-day support without choosing priorities.
The current system is so broken that a rebuild would be safer than maintenance.
You need full-time admin cover rather than specialist systems support.

Questions before starting support.

Can you support a system you did not build?

Yes, if the system is understandable and access is available. The first step is a review so I can see how it works and where the risks are.

Is this for emergencies?

It is not 24/7 emergency cover. It is practical weekday support with priority based on the plan and the impact of the issue.

What counts as a small fix?

Examples include fixing a broken automation, adjusting a field or view, updating a report, changing a form, improving a notification, or documenting a workflow change.

What if the work is bigger than the plan?

I will flag it before doing the work. Larger rebuilds, new workflows, or unclear messy systems are better handled as a separate sprint.

Do unused hours roll over?

Support plans are designed for availability and regular care, not a bank of development hours. If you need project-style delivery, a sprint is usually cleaner.

Can this cover Airtable, InfoLobby, Google Sheets and automations together?

Yes. The support is organised around the business workflow, not one tool, as long as access and scope are clear.

systems support

Have a system that works, but needs someone to keep it working?

Bring the Airtable base, automation, CRM, report, form, or internal workflow that needs support. I’ll review the current setup and recommend whether you need a support plan, a one-off fix, or a focused rebuild sprint.

Book a support review

We’ll start by checking the system and deciding the safest support path.
