Each one plays a crucial role, but what happens when they’re scattered across different tools? They stop helping you sell and instead take your time and money in managing them.
Where data gets lost
In a typical setup, each of these components sends data to different locations:
Subscription Form
Leads either remain stagnant on your website or get lost in an email platform, isolated from the rest of your business workflows. 😞😞
Contact Form
It sends an email to your inbox, often getting buried under a mountain of other messages. Important inquiries get lost in the noise, leaving potential clients feeling ignored and frustrated. 😠😠
Booking Calendar
Appointments stay within the calendar app with separate communication to both you and your clients. 😕😕
Payment Gateway
Payments remain stuck in Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. You have to log in to see who bought what, while accounting is managed in a completely different system. 😩😩

Here’s how I fixed it - Streamlined internal website management system
(It sounds fancy, but really it’s just me simplifying this mess.)
I built internal software using InfoLobby to automate every aspect of this website. No more juggling four different tools. Now, I open my workspace and see everything in one place.
Contact Form
- Submissions are added to the website contact form table.
- If the user is new, a new contact is created in the Contacts table (Automation).
- The user is added to the newsletter subscription list (Automation).
- I receive an email notification about the query (Automation).
- I’m even considering adding a bit of AI to evaluate whether it’s worth notifying me right away. When you can use AI, why not? (Automation)
Calendar Booking
- When a booking is made, add to the Bookings table.
- If it's a new customer, add to the Customers table (Automation).
- Inform me via email (Automation).
- Send reminders via email (Automation).
Subscription Form
- If a new subscriber, add to the Contacts table.
- Trigger welcome email if new subscriber (Automation).
Payments
- On payments, add to the Sales table.
- If the user is new, a new contact is created in the Contacts table (Automation).
- Make accounting entry (Automation).
- Create invoice (Automation).
- Send me daily report (Automation).
